"Raya Restaurant Taormina" takes its name from the former owner of this building, Angelina Von Geleng, married into Raia, heir to the famous Otto Von Geleng, one of the most important discoverers of Taormina. Thanks to her, today, we have the opportunity to dine in a garden that inspired the paintings of our Prussian painter, now exhibited in the world's most important museums.


Our cuisine uses local ingredients, striving to preserve their freshness and flavours.


Recipes from tradition, reinterpreted in a modern key, aim to be the bridge between past and present.
